Buick Yinglang to launch at Guangzhou Auto Show

Shanghai GM, a joint venture between General Motors and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC), Monday named its new five-door sedan Yinglang, and the new model will make its debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show from November 23 to 30.

The Yinglang model is the Chinese version of the Opel Astra. According to autohome.com, the Yinglang may feature 1.6-liter and 1.8-liter engines, and the luxury model will be loaded with a 1.6T turbocharged engine.

The new model may enter the Chinese market in January.
